Meet Hayley! ✨ Our newest Digital Marketing Manager, Hayley, is a storyteller at heart who brings a knack for big-picture strategy and a deep love for creating content that truly resonates with people.

Rooted in her journalism background from Webster University, Hayley’s approach to marketing is equal parts smart strategy and genuine human connection.

When she’s not crafting online magic, Hayley explores the intersection of nature and science through her volunteer work at a local farm. She also spends time in the great outdoors with her pup, Gerty, and her husband.

WOW 👏🏽 Thank you to and so many more who worked tirelessly to pull off this year’s conference. was honored to share insights — and gain many more from her fellow panelists — on the ups and downs of being a creative entrepreneur.

Sharing the stage with panel moderatorhornaday as well as , Nick Williams and Javia Gilliam-Sanford was inspiring, to say the least. We are thrilled to welcome Nora, an ENTJ, to Team KMG for the summer. She is earning her B.A. in Media Advertising at (Go Hoosiers!) with a minor in Personal Wellness. It doesn’t get much more KMG than that!
