Well, this was not the post I wanted to do today but felt it was worth sharing. Had a tree fall down in the backyard 🙁
Had to climb out the window to cut it away for the back door but so far doesn't like too much damage. Was really glad that I didn't install my hot tub last week because that would have been toast for sure!! My best guess was that the tree was struck by lightning last night and only today succumb to the weight. No one was hurt but it certainly gave me quite the shock considering it landed only feet away from where I was sitting 😬
