Alternative Choices CDS Services LLC. Alternative Choices Consumer Directed Svc LLC. Our mission is to promote the consumer's ability to live independently in the most intergrated setting.

This philosophy includes the following: assisting individuals with disabilities and their families through providing advocacy related to entitlement and benifits, provide direct training in areas of personal care, advocacy, peer counseling, use of information and referrals, independant living skills training , social activity planning, house hold management, and other skill areas necessary for living in the community and participating in community activities.
