š§± Operations & Project Assistant (Remote ā Construction / Insurance)
Weāre looking for a sharp, detail-oriented virtual assistant to help manage construction projects, insurance paperwork, and internal operations for a fast-moving exterior contracting company.
If youāre a natural organizer who takes ownership of tasks, follows up without being asked, and thrives in a support role that actually matters ā you might be a perfect fit.
š§ What Youāll Be Doing:
- Coordinating with suppliers to check stock and place material orders
- Reviewing labor invoices for accuracy and flagging discrepancies
- Following up with subcontractors and clients to gather updates and documents
- Organizing files, notes, and updates inside our project management system (JobNimbus)
- Helping build and maintain production checklists
- Flagging delays, incomplete tasks, or project bottlenecks before they become problems
- Working closely with the production lead (youāll be their right hand)
- Working inside an always-on Zoom environment with the production manager for real-time communication and updates

- Are comfortable working inside a Zoom-based team environment, staying responsive throughout the day and hopping on screen share when needed
š§° Bonus Points For:
- Experience with JobNimbus or other CRMs
- Knowledge of basic construction terms (roofing, siding, etc.)
- Familiarity with insurance paperwork (scope of loss, supplements, ACV, RCV, etc.)
- Experience working with subcontractors, crews, or production teams
š Hours & Availability:
- This is a remote role with consistent hours and long-term potential
- Must have daily overlap with U.S. Central Time
- Looking for someone who is available full-time or close to it
- Compensation is based on experience and capability

Weāre a growing, veteran-owned exterior contracting company serving homeowners and business owners. We handle roofing, siding, windows, gutters, and insurance claimsāand we need someone behind the scenes making sure every detail is tight.
Youāll be working directly with the head of production, helping manage over 100 active projects, and playing a key role in making sure jobs run smoothly, customers stay informed, and nothing falls through the cracks.
