FAQ!!
Hi everyone! Please scroll through and if I missed something, please ask in the comments below!
Q: What colors do you have of shirts?
A: I will post pictures of all the colors in this post. V-neck shirts are very limited to Black, Grey, Pink and Purple. If you want a different color V-neck, there will be an added charge since they cost more.
Q: What are your shirts made of?
A: My tee's are a 50/50 material, So it's 50% polyester and 50% preshrunk cotton. Or as close to that as possible. I have found it creates the softest feel, most comfortable, and breathable. I always hate that stiff feel that 100% cotton has along with how much it can shrink. My clothing will shrink very little, if at all. I always choose the most comfortable but durable clothing.
Q: How is the sizing?
A: I will post a picture of the size chart here, I've measured, and this is very accurate.
Q: Are these men's shirts? Do you have V-neck or women's tees?
A: All the clothing I have is unisex, the images here are mostly men but the clothing is unisex. I can get women's fitted tees; however, I do not carry them in stock, and they are limited on colors. I do have some limited colored V-necks in stock though.
Q: How do I wash the clothes?
A: It's always best to wash your clothing with cool water, inside out and tumble dry on low heat. This should be followed with all clothing, not just stuff from me. Also, Fabric softener is not really good for clothing. It may make it feel a little softer or smell nicer but it's actually slowly breaking down the fibers in your clothes.
Q: Can you do work shirts?
A: Yes! I have done lots of safety yellow and orange shirts with logos on them. I can also get polos and put your work logo on them as well.
Q: How do you put an image on clothing?
A: I use something called DTF. It's a direct to film transfer. I take the image on my computer and send it to a special printer that makes the image on a film, then I transfer that onto a shirt with a heat press. I do not use vinyl or sublimation on clothing very much (like using a Cricut) Because in my experience it doesn't hold up as well long term and it's limited on the colors and the fabric you can use.
Q: How do you wash Tumblers?
A: Hand wash is best and is what I recommend. However, I have put my own through an industrial dishwasher multiple times and it for the most part held up just fine, it did start to fade a little over time.
Q: Will an image peel off a tumbler/hookah/water bottle?
A: No, Images on these are baked on, it is not like a sticker where it would peel. If it gets put in extreme heat, the image could fade but will never peel.
Q: How well does it hold hot/cold liquids?
A: I love this question! I have tested so many times! I put iced coffee in my tumbler and 8 HOURS later I dumped out small ice cubes!! Hot liquids stay hot for 6 hours, warm for 8-10 hours. Yes, I've had warm coffee 9 hours after pouring it in my tumbler.
Q: Can I get something custom made?
A: YES!! I love custom orders, It's the main thing I do! Anything you can think of, I can put it on a shirt/mug/tumbler/mousepad/shot glass/water bottle/can koozie. Even personal photos!! I love making family tumblers! (I don't post them much because I don't advertise other people's children) Having a tumbler full of your favorite family/pet photos is always fun!
Q: Will you post pictures of my products?
A: If it's photos of people, I try to ask if it is okay that I post the products I make for you. I NEVER post pictures of children unless it is okayed by you first. Even then, I might not. Internet can be crazy. I also usually wait a while before posting pictures of products because I know some are gifts and I don't want to ruin the surprise of that gift. If you don't want me to post it, I won't.
Q: How long does it take to get an order?
A: If I have the product in stock, It is usually 1-2 days. If I have to order the size or color shirt it may take a couple days. Most of the time it is within a week. Large orders may take longer. I also try not to work on weekends and spend time with the family instead, but I will take orders throughout the weekend and work on them on Monday.
