As part of our partnership with Central Minds our teams across Asia Pacific recently joined a interactive and insightful session on preventing burnout in the workplace with Dr. Sharmeen Shroff, founder and clinical psychologist at Central Minds. The insights gained were eye-opening and shed light on the importance of early recognition, understanding the underlying causes, addressing burnout at its core along with proactive measures to effectively combat it. Our teams were given hands-on guidance and tools to effectively support them in engaging in activities that promote their mental well-being.

At adm Group, we firmly believe that our employees are our most valuable asset, and their well-being is of utmost importance to us. The invaluable insights gained from the session have only strengthened our dedication to fostering a culture that prioritises mental health, work-life balance, and overall well-being.

In order to create gifts that would send brand loyalty soaring, we conducted sales-led interviews to better understand the tastes and preferences of the Dassault Falcon Jet clientele. The results were a suite of premium products tailor-made to fit a luxury jet-setter’s lifestyle, from glasses etched with a map of the client’s docking location to high-end travel bags. We designed with subtle customization cues, intricate embroidery, and laser etching to deliver exclusive, premium, and high-end products.
