“As a kid growing up in the ’60s, I was glued to the TV, and certain characters have stayed with me ever since. One of the most unforgettable shows was The Addams Family, which debuted in 1964. Even though it only aired 64 original episodes, that was more than enough time for me to fall in love with its quirky cast—especially Wednesday Addams, Uncle Fester, and of course, Thing!

Over the years, these characters have lived on through countless adaptations, but I never imagined that one day I’d actually get to work with one of them—let alone my favorite.

Enter , who recently reimagined The Addams Family in what I believe is the most creative take yet. Thanks to Thing’s newfound fame, Netflix partnered with Cheetos to give our favorite disembodied hand the chance to audition as the official “fingers” (or should I say Thingers) of Cheetos.

On behalf of Director Focus Inc., I want to thank the entire Cheetos marketing team for bringing us into this exciting collaboration with Netflix, , and the incredibly talented director, Freddie Mandy.

Now sit back and enjoy as Thing takes center stage!

Brand folks are always concerned about pushing back financially on suppliers for fear of damaging the relationship. Suppliers have, for the most part, no problem overcharging, with little regard for the relationship.
