A fun one for me! 📸

I had the opportunity to photograph this beautiful property for Sarah Perrien, Red Oak IA Real Estate Agent at Jim Hughes Real Estate.

What makes this shoot extra special is that I grew up just down the block from this home, so it was great to see how well it has been maintained over the years.

While I was out shooting photos for a recent home, the agent decided to add on a walkthrough video. Nothing over-the-top, just a clean, professional way to showcase the space.

That video is now sitting at over 4,600 views on their page.

No, that doesn’t mean 4,600 buyers are lining up for the house, but it does mean thousands of people have seen that listing… and the agent behind it.
