Not to be mean, but… I see small business owners make these SEO mistakes every single day, and they’re costing you rankings, traffic, and clients.

The good news? They’re all fixable.

Start here:
💙Audit your business name and bio across every platform. Make sure they are consistent.
💙 Add keywords to your bio, alternative text, and captions (not just hashtags), and don’t keyword stuff!
💙 Update your GBP with current photos and up-to-date info (hours, social media links, etc).
💙 Ask your last 5 happy clients for a Google review!

SEO doesn’t have to be complicated. But it does have to be consistent for Google and your audience to trust you.

When the scheduled content feature in Instagram disappeared, I panicked. I rely on this function as a busy small business owner who also manages her own marketing.

But with a quick Google search, I was relieved to learn that it simply moved (phew!)

Follow these simple instructions to access the new location.

And if you’re not already using the schedule content in advanced feature on Instagram or Facebook (you can schedule in the app or via Meta, Business Suite, a free scheduling tool for both platforms), then you should be!
