Through Discover Statesville NC, our Spokeology team is proud to work behind the scenes helping drive tourism for Statesville and supporting the partnerships that strengthen our entire county.

We are especially grateful for the opportunity to collaborate with Visit Mooresville and so many dedicated tourism professionals who understand that when we tell our destination’s story together, everyone benefits.

Congratulations to Discover Statesville, Visit Mooresville and the many local partners behind Iredell, NC County’s continued tourism growth. More than $441 million in visitor spending is an incredible reflection of the experiences, hospitality and community you create.

BIG NEWS for Iredell County tourism! 🎉

According to newly released data from Visit North Carolina and Tourism Economics, visitors spent $441.37 million across Iredell County in 2025, an increase of 2.8% over the previous year.

That growth was more than double North Carolina’s statewide rate of 1.3%, making Iredell one of 59 counties to report an increase.

The countywide impact is something worth celebrating:

✅ 2,564 tourism-related jobs supported
✅ $101.29 million generated in personal income
✅ $30.57 million generated in state and local tax revenue
✅ $143.39 saved by each Iredell County resident, on average, in state and local taxes

Our work may reach across the nation, and our offices may span North and South Carolina, but Spokeology is proud to call Statesville, North Carolina, home.

This community keeps us grounded. It shapes how we build relationships, tell stories, and serve every client partner with heart, authenticity, and a deeply human approach.

We enjoyed running into Mayor Doug Hendrix, a wonderful reminder that in Statesville, community is never just a word. It’s something you feel.

No matter how far our work takes us, our roots will always be right here. 💙

A big thank-you to Matthew for welcoming Cindy to “Downtown on Tap” to talk about why Downtown Statesville became home to Groucho's Deli, Spokeology and The Hive, and how the Sutton family found their home here, too.

Building businesses is always a team effort. While Brandon stays busy behind the counter making sandwiches, Cindy is more than happy to embrace her extroverted side, grab the microphone and share their story! As these photos show, there were plenty of laughs along the way. ❤️

No monkey business. We’re 15! 🐒🎉

Spokeology officially celebrated 15 years in January. But instead of stopping for the milestone, we used it as an opportunity to listen, learn, refine and build.

Beginning today, we’re ready to celebrate and to introduce the next chapter of Spokeology.

You may notice a refreshed look, but this is about much more than a new logo. It reflects a clearer understanding of who we are, how we serve and where we are going.

The heart of Spokeology hasn’t changed. We still believe the best marketing begins with listening, grows through meaningful connection and helps people clearly communicate the work that matters to them.
