The J$PH crew had a FUN, albeit hot and long show in Fort Worth! Thank you to everyone who made the two weeks worth it, I appreciate every single person who helped feed or clean a stall, set up, tear down, exercise horses, offer an eye or advice, and support our growing team!

Smoke showed up as his usual Mr. Consistent self, and hung in there with some extremely talented horses to get a piece of the pie for himself! He is always such a good boy who gets himself noticed and is ALWAYS one I trust in the show pen to get the job done. He has come such a long way in the year and a half he has been in our program, and we are so thankful to Shining C Grulla Horses for giving us the opportunity to show him and love him!

This was Suzannah and Lukeโs FIRST World Show ever, and to say I am proud of them is a massive understatement. Suzannah is cool as a cucumber, and being 11 years old that is such an asset as a showman to learn so early. Luke is one of the kindest, most honest horses we have in the barn, and he and SJ make such a great team. There are big things coming for these two, and we are so glad to have them on our team!

With Ashleyโs long over-due return to the show pen, this duo put on a great first trip through the World Show pen! With limited showing this 4 year old gelding showed all week with two riders and stayed consistent and happy through all of it. We are so proud of Ashley on her journey to the World Show with Cosmo and look forward to seeing them continue to succeed and reach new goals in the future!

Graham was his normal self, showing honestly and consistently every trip through the pen. He worked so hard and was in Fort Worth a solid two weeks before going straight to the cowhorse pen for the Hackamore Classic. I couldnโt ask for a more honest horse that really loves going to the horse shows!

Codi had an โeasyโ World Show this year, only showing in a couple of classes, but proved his trustworthiness as a show horse (if the jockey can pilot correctly!). He is truly a warhorse and one of the easiest ever to prep to show and we will miss him terribly when he finds his perfect new home.
Our young horses Minnie (Walla Walla Whiz x Pale Face) and Amigo (by SHR QTs DiamondCutter) also tagged along to ride around and they were absolute rock stars! Minnie is available for purchase, and Amigo is getting ready to hit the horse show circuit this fall ๐
