In 1999, we traveled together to our nation’s capital where she received recognition as the Best Newswoman of Puerto Rico. Her fearless journalism, including her coverage and investigation surrounding the “Cerro Maravilla” case, demonstrated her commitment to truth, justice, and accountability in Puerto Rico. Today, she continues her outstanding work as the anchorwoman of “Directo y Sin Filtro,” remaining one of the most respected voices in Puerto Rican media.

Transparency and accountability matter especially in judicial races.

Voters in Henry County deserve timely and complete campaign finance disclosures from every candidate seeking public trust and a seat on the bench. Campaign reporting deadlines exist for a reason: the public has a right to know who is funding judicial campaigns and how money is being spent.

As voters prepare to make an important decision for Henry County State Court Judge, I encourage everyone to review the public campaign finance records available through Henry County and ask questions when information appears incomplete or delayed.

Loletha Hale believes in integrity, openness, and respect for the public process because justice should never operate in the shadows.

Henry County deserves an elected judge committed to transparency, fairness, and accountability.

Happy Mother’s Day

Today, I want to honor and celebrate every woman and every parent who has poured love, sacrifice, guidance, and strength into raising a child.

I celebrate the mothers who gave birth and the mothers who stepped in with open hearts. I honor the grandmothers, aunts, adoptive mothers, and every woman who helped shape a child’s future through love and care. I also recognize the fathers who have taken on the responsibility of raising children on their own with dedication and compassion.

And to the women who may not have biological children but have nurtured, mentored, protected, encouraged, and loved others like their own, you are seen, valued, and appreciated.

Family is built through love, sacrifice, patience, and commitment. Today, we celebrate all who help raise and guide the next generation.
