Since we’ve made several posts tonight, we figured it is finally time to introduce ourselves — because we realized we’ve never really done that before!

Hi everyone! My name is Blake Mink, owner and printer of The Print Shop. I’ve been involved in the ag field since high school in one way or another. For the past 6 years, I’ve worked as a mechanic at Sloans (with just a short break in between). I’m also proud to serve as Captain of the Stonington Fire Department, where my wife Emily and I live.

Emily is my wife she’s a Registered Nurse and has been in that role since college. Together we stay pretty busy — especially with our two kids! Our daughter is 3 years old, and our son will be turning 1 very soon, so life at our house is fun, loud, and always on the go.

We purchased a business that was primarily a screen printing shop from an owner who was ready to retire. After moving it to Stonington and rebranding to The Print Shop, we got to work growing and expanding what we offer. What started as screen printing has evolved into so much more.

We now offer: Screen Printing, Direct to Film (DTF) Printing, Embroidery, Vinyl Graphics (cut & printed), Laser Engraving, and more!

While this is a part-time business for us, we truly put our full effort into every order and work hard to get things done as quickly and professionally as possible.

We’re so thankful for the support we’ve already received and look forward to working with more of you in the future. Thanks for being here and supporting our small business!

We will be doing onsite printing again this weekend at the Stonington Community Center for the 6th Grade Jack Dettro Classic. Come out and see us even if you do not want a shirt stop in and say hello! Good luck to all the players!

Effective immediately, all orders must be paid in full before leaving the shop.

We understand that in the past invoices weren’t always completed at pickup — that’s on us. This change isn’t meant to cause any inconvenience, but it’s something we need to do for the sake of our business moving forward.

We truly appreciate your understanding and continued support.

Hello everyone. We would like to once again thank all of our customers. We have some that have been with us since the beginning and some that are brand new. We appreciate each and every one of you. Going into 2026 with several big jobs ahead of us. If you are in the market to get some custom apparel, laser engraving, banner work, or vinyl work please reach out to us.

Going into 2026 we are going to have to increase some of our pricing. Unfortunately like everything else our materials took a pretty big price jump in 2025 and we left our pricing where it was for the year. As of January 1, we will have different pricing. Do not let this scare you we are still going to be competitive. So please give up the opportunity to quote your next project.

The long awaited announcement is finally here!!

We are thrilled to share that we have officially bought out Legacy Vinyl & Graphics apparel division!

This has been in the works for several months, and we’re excited to finally announce that we are now offering Direct-to-Film (DTF) printing, laser engraving for a wide variety of projects, and even an online storefront option for anyone needing a simple, convenient way to order custom shirts.

A huge thank you to Tom and Erin at Legacy for their continued support as we work to get everything running at full capacity.

We look forward to welcoming many of Legacy’s customers into our family while also continuing to grow and serve new customers. Big things are ahead, and we can’t wait to share them with you!

A huge thank you to the Taylorville High School Sports Boosters for letting us be a part of this season! 🟣💛 We had the privilege of printing shirts for golf, cross country, dance, cheer, and tennis – nothing better than showing off that Tornado pride! ⛳🏃‍♀️💃📣🎾

We also want to give a big shoutout to the Taylorville Youth Football Association for trusting us with their football shirts this season. 🏈⚡️

We’re always grateful for the chance to support our local athletes and community – from the youth leagues all the way to high school sports. 💪

🚒🔥 New Project Spotlight! 🔥🚒

We wrapped up this awesome project about a week ago for Raymond-Harvel Fire Department’s brand new Ladder 503 — and while we were hoping to wait for final pics of the panels mounted on the truck, we just can’t hold off any longer… they turned out too sharp not to share!

Each panel was wrapped in flat black vinyl, then finished off with dark red and gold lettering that really pops. It’s always an honor to work on something that’ll be part of a fire department’s new pride and joy.

👀 Keep your eyes peeled for Ladder 503 hitting the streets soon — this truck is going to turn heads!
