Through hyper-local, resident-submitted content, we create an avenue for these individuals to get to know local organizations, businesses, and their neighbors on a more personal level. Along with our print medium, we also provide digital avenues on which our residents can connect. The final component which makes us unique is the many events that we organize. Local restaurants, spas, salons, and more share their products and services in order to garner a face-to-face relationship with the residents of Sewall's Point. There is no better way for a business to secure long-term success than to make the right connections.

🐾 Meet Izzy in our next issue of STROLL Sewall’s Point!

Izzy is a six-year-old female Labradoodle whose sweet personality and goofy antics have made her an unforgettable part of the Seibenick family 🦴

One of Izzy’s most endearing qualities is that she seemingly loves everyone. She considers herself the official greeter of anyone within eye or sniffing distance. If someone is sitting on a neighbor’s front porch, there’s a good chance Izzy will decide that person needs to be greeted. She has never met a stranger she didn’t like.

The October issue is out!

Meet the Edwards family! 🏡❤️

Cliff and Lee Anne are originally from Arkansas, where they grew up as high school sweethearts before eventually building a life together in several parts of the country.

After spending time in West Palm Beach, they moved to Sewall’s Point in 2025 and quickly fell in love with the area’s peaceful atmosphere and strong sense of community.

They have two grown sons, Brady and Tyson, and their rescue dog, W***y, is also an important part of the family.

The Edwards family also owns Frazier Creek Brewing & Distilling Co where Brady works alongside his mom. They’re excited to continue growing the business while getting to know more of their Sewall’s Point neighbors.

We loved featuring the Edwards family in a recent issue of STROLL Sewall’s Point and introducing them to the community.

Jessica is a pet care entrepreneur based right here in Sewall’s Point! She offers care for dogs, cats, and small pets of all ages and personalities.

Whether it’s an energetic golden retriever, a quiet cat who needs a calm visitor, or a senior pet with a daily routine to keep, she treats every animal like her own.

She offers walks, medication, feedings, and overnight house sitting for your precious pets, with updates and photos after every visit.

Peak hurricane season is approaching in September, and even with a quieter Atlantic season expected, this is not the time to tune out. NOAA’s latest outlook gives the 2026 season a 75% chance of below-normal activity, with 7 to 13 named storms forecast through November 30.

A few reminders as we head into the climatological peak:

🌀 Review your hurricane and evacuation plan
🌀 Make sure your emergency kit is stocked
🌀 Secure outdoor items and check vulnerable areas around your home
🌀 Review your wind and flood insurance coverage
🌀 Keep an eye on trusted forecasts and local emergency alerts
