Let's not forget the WHY behind this event. An earlier post says this:
"This event, FFFF (Fabulously Fun Family Fundraiser) is sponsored by community members in and around Eastford headed by Herm Barlow. It is to help support the rebuilding of the Congregational Church of Eastford.
The excitement begins at 3 p.m. on Saturday, July 6th with games for kids - young and old. From 4-5:30 p.m. there will be a GOODS AND SERVICES AUCTION and the event culminates in a concert by the STEVE BELL TRIO beginning at 6 p.m.
Be sure to check back frequently to see the items for sale at the auction and how you can participate.

For many who have been boots on the ground, attending organizational meetings, planning, requesting gift cards, food, product- this army of dedicated people have poured out their time and energies for the sake of a brother- a church that suffered a huge loss. And for the dedicated people who have attended these meetings and who have created this event for the public, the hope is that others will see how Christians love one another.
