The real anxiety tends to show up once you’ve submitted all your documents and you’re waiting for updates. That moment where you’re hoping everything goes smoothly and wondering if you forgot something.

That emotional roller coaster is very real, and it catches a lot of buyers off guard.

Just because you’re approved for it doesn’t mean you should buy it. 🏡

That can be hard to hear sometimes, especially for first-time buyers who are excited to find their dream home.

But maxing out your budget usually isn’t the smartest move. When every dollar goes toward the mortgage, it can leave you house-poor, and that’s not how homeownership should feel.
