Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
• Prepares work by reviewing our production drawings and material lists, gathering parts, sub-assemblies, tools and materials
• Assemble a variety of sub-assemblies.
• Assembles components by examining connections for correct placement.
• Grind, sand and prep material for finishes
• Assure all products are built to the highest standard of quality.
• Work as part of the team to maximize productivity and efficiency
• Maintain a constant visual on parts and supplies stored on the shop floor
• Keep work areas clean and organized
• Work overtime during our busy periods
Education/Experience
• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• 1-2 years manufacturing experience a plus
• Ability to use drills, pop rivet guns and general hand tools.
• Ability to read specifications and blueprints
• Ability to learn and remember how to assemble several different finished goods
