From trucks and vans, semi trucks and trailers, boats and of course race cars, along with everything in between we do it all. Looking for experienced or willing to train the correct individuals. The Role: As a Vehicle Wrap/ Sign Vinyl Installer at Victory Sign, you will assist in maintaining our advertising assets in the Green Bay area.
You are highly motivated, reliable and dedicated, and able to work well in a team environment.
You should have excellent verbal communication skills.
You should be comfortable working ladders, lifts, scaffold and have the ability to work full time.

What we are looking for but also willing to train:

Some experience installing vehicle wraps, wall wraps (interior and exterior), spot graphics, cut vinyl.
Experience in using applicable tools for a sign and/or vehicle installs.
Attention to detail and a good eye for measurements.
Dependable, accountable, trustworthy, hardworking and self-motivated.
Ability to work well with a driven team.
Must have valid driver's license

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Install Vehicle Vinyl Wraps and other sign materials. Removing existing wraps or graphics from already wrapped vehicles.
• Print Production Laminating, Cutting, Weeding, Mounting, Wall Wrapping, Sign production etc.
• Be proficient in laminating, applying large format graphics, weeding and applying cut vinyl in the shop and on site.
• Be proficient with tools (tape measure, squeegee, knife, drills, levels, torches, heat guns. . . etc.).
• Run printer, laminator, general warehouse duties.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Highly motivated, conscientious, detail oriented and maintain a professional appearance
• Outstanding attendance and punctuality with the ability to work as an individual or as a team player to meet customers' installation needs
• Must be able to communicate clearly, possess basic math skills, and possess strong/accurate measurement skills
• Previous experience in the sign industry a plus.
• Clean DMV report to drive a company vehicles
• Full / part-time position with 90-day evaluation period.
• Pay is hourly depending on experience.

Cool project, thank you Vintage Works

How cool is this? One of the greatest in the game today, Za'Darius Smith, outside linebacker for the Green Bay Packers, saw some of our work and commissioned us to make a custom etched glass logo in his bar room. Special thanks to Mark and Chad at Victory Sign llc for helping with this project. Yes, we wore masks and gloves except for the pic, and yes, Za'Darius is as cool in person as you think he is!
