Client Relations Specialist (Remote)
40 hours per week
We are seeking a creative, detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Client Relations Specialist in our internet marketing company. This role blends social media management, client communication, and daily operational support. You’ll play a key role in maintaining our client's online presence while building strong, lasting relationships with our clients. A reliable person with a positive attitude is essential. We are looking for a great team player that can multi task with a smile. The rest of our team is here to back you up if you need help. We are happy to train the right person.
Our client's needs are our top priority. This position is all about taking care of them and their businesses. They rely on us to handle their online presence and needs. We take that responsibility very seriously.
What do we do?
- We are a marketing agency dealing with small businesses all over NY/NJ & PA (and a few beyond)
- Primarily restaurants (expect to see a lot of pizza pics)
- We handle our clients online presence, answer reviews, social media posts, Manage their Google and other search engines and directories. We also create flyers, marketing materials, design their websites and make changes as needed.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and satisfaction remains a top priority
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
- Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates and address requests
- Respond to customer reviews across various platforms in a professional and timely manner
- Manage and grow social media presence, including posting in groups and using Meta Business Suite
- Assist with day-to-day business operations and marketing initiatives.
Qualifications
- Strong customer service skills — our clients are our top priority
- Self-starter with strong problem-solving abilities
- Reasonable computer skills. You don't have to code but you can perform everyday office tasks and have the aptitude to learn more technology
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable interacting with clients in a professional setting
- Marketing experience and background
- Experience with social media management (including Meta Business Suite and group posting)
- Experience with website design/maintenance is a plus, but not required
- Creative mindset with an eye for engaging content
- Must have access to a reliable computer and stable Wi-Fi connection
- Local to Morris or Sussex county area. We are Roxbury based. You don't need to come here but would prefer someone local.

- Typical hours are 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM, with flexibility based on workload and scheduling needs. We understand kids events, etc. Hours can be flexible to accommodate. (Don't miss your kids Halloween parade! We get it. )

Compensation
Starting at $18 - $23/hour (W-2) Depending on experience
