"The Power of Perspective"
HUGE SHOUTOUT AND THANK YOU to the festy family, friends, vendors, bands, teachers and everyone that came out to our first year festival!!! We are so thankful for your support to make the Collective Reset Festival a success!! Thank you thank you thank you. Without this community we wouldn’t be able to do any of this. Personally I have been stuck in an office for so long I almost forgot what a festival felt like, lol. While my biz partner Zach DeCarlo has been attending all of them over the years. This has been an extremely interesting process and learning lesson going from A to Z in festival production in just 4 months. What!!?? lol . This obviously led to some of our challenges and issues at the event you may have noticed like scheduling and set up. Time was not on our side - but it also led to the most valuable learning experience that we wouldn't have had any other way. Just to note, we have been talking about doing a music festival for much longer, but after a window opened up at the beautiful Lost Hill Lake Weddings + Events in St. Clair MO, just two weeks after the famous Pickin’ on Picknic Bluegrass Fest, and Friday being Zach’s daughter Zaliee’s 5th birthday and Maria’s daughter Cora’s 6th birthday, we asked ourselves “Can we create a music festival that fast?” lol. Between Zach’s experience attending and vending 100’s of festivals and my marketing experience, together with our new business development and event production co Collective Synergy on the horizon, we decided “YES!” This is the perfect synergy of our interests, skills, and community mission. Wow did we have our work cut out for us... This has been the most interesting, creative, collaborative and eye opening experience. Complete with sleepless nights, constant timeline stress, layers of drama, layers of inspiration, logistic and finance cluster from the short timeline… This has been an epic experience and now because of YOU ALL we have built the foundation to grow! Our mission is to build community by connecting musicians, artists, and healers to co-create a new sustainable vision and healthy lifestyle. And to inspire people to lead with intention to step into their future selves.
It is this process that has completely grounded us in our community mission and where we have met the most amazing, interesting, creative, and beautiful people. Through all the challenges of producing and organizing this level of event it would be impossible without recognizing all the talent that we were so lucky to attract to help us coordinate.
HUGE HEARTFELT THANK YOU to my business partner, Zach DeCarlo / Manifesting Mindset. Zach essentially financed this entire endeavor, and his energy, commitment, and collaborative spirit have been instrumental in making this happen. His vision for community-driven change and unwavering dedication are the backbone of this project. Words cannot illustrate the true impact Zach has had on every level, continuously manifesting intentional community solutions to transform lives. Zach’s next initiative, the Alkaline Local Market, is set to transform the way we think about food and nutrition, through a new healthy, organic grocery store. Stay tuned for all the exciting developments with that. Zach, thank you for your tireless intention and shared vision to build this for the community. I know we haven’t even had time to truly decompress after the event, but you deserve a serious vacation bro!
VERY SPECIAL THANK YOU to Sara Clover / Elevated Being for her incredible work in inviting and organizing the holistic healers and teachers for our Healing Village concept. Sara’s dedication was instrumental in bringing our vision to life. Without her, the festival would not have had the same vibe. Sara worked diligently to connect with teachers and healers, ensuring that the theme of the event was intentional and impactful. Her coordination was invaluable in developing the Collective Reset brand and the idea of “Finding Your Balance” between the festival's party aspect and holistic healing. Despite the challenges and tight timeline. Your patience, understanding, and ability to roll with everything were crucial in making this event a success. Personally, the amplified sound healing meditation was transformative for me—I felt grounded and energized like never before. It was truly an amazing experience!
TOTALLY EPIC THANK YOU to the sound wizard Travis Jack and his team at So IL Sounds for saving the day on sound logistics! This event was 100% possible because of this guy. And the epic late night foam party!! Check out Djtravisty's wild drops! Thank you to everyone on the team for sticking it out with us through the scheduling, the rain, all the issues, you are all amazing! Travis you guys truly saved us and we are forever on your team for anything you need man! Thank you for being patient and understanding. Thank you Cody Harris and the Grateful Headz stage team!! And Brittany Paige Stewart / StarGazer Flow Arts for lighting up the night with us and all the flow artists and fire spinners!! Thank you to Shawn T Sheridan and Courtney Sheridan / Mermix with Ground Zero Productions for the AV support and the epic birthday girl mermaid party! Thank you STL FOAM Parties and Foam & Flight Parties, the kids had a blast (one hell of a bday party weekend huh, lol), and the late night EDM foam party was off the hook! Thank you to my daughter Reya Bristow, her friends Konner Stoutt and Faith Taylor, also Ellen Ring and Andrew Habben for being our medics on staff!! You guys are awesome!!!!

THE FOOD!!! Thank you The Stuffed Mushroom, Smoked Out BBQ, and Dat Coffee LLC!!! You guys ALSO SAVED MY MORNING! Hope everyone got to try the Alkaline Walnut Tacos, they were amazzzing. Thanks to the Stuffed Mushroom for experimenting with us and creating a unique Alkaline meal. Lots of ideas there, hang in there with us, we’re launching the Alkaline Local Market to dial in the healthy eats for everyone! Standby for meetups, pop up cafes, and new things to try!

I can’t imagine being involved in this without all of you. Some of you I just met, and some I wasn’t able to connect with because of working logistics all weekend. But to everyone who contributed to the success of this festival, I extend my deepest gratitude. We hope you all enjoyed the event and will come back to the next one! …….soon. Facebook only lets me tag 50 people!! I had over 100 lol.
This has been the coolest experience and project I've been a part of developing. Full on, and STILL FULL ON…. Extra special primo thanks to Zach, Sara, Travis, Forrest and Brittanie at the beautiful Lost Hill Lake Weddings + Events and Samantha Williford and family for having an amazing venue. Your support and efforts have been crucial in bringing this vision to life before, during, and after, and I’m truly grateful to know you all and be part of such an amazing community.
