We are seeking a dependable and friendly Customer Service Representative to join our team. This position involves face-to-face customer service, order processing, and assisting with daily shop operations.
Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
Greeting and assisting customers in person
Taking customer orders accurately and writing instructions clearly
Processing various forms of payment
Assisting production staff with order completion
Inventory management, including counting products and maintaining accurate computer records
Maintaining a clean and organized workspace, including:
Cleaning and organizing showroom products
Vacuuming, dusting, wiping down counters
Taking out trash as needed
Using phones comfortably for customer communication
Performing other duties as assigned by management
Qualifications:
Pleasant, professional attitude
Legible handwriting
Ability to spell and write basic English clearly and efficiently
Basic computer skills and POS system knowledge
Comfortable using a phone
Ability to take direction and feedback
Punctual and dependable
Effective communication skills and ability to work well with others
Schedule:
Monday–Thursday: 9:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Friday: 9:30 AM – 2:00 PM
Position Details:
Full-time and part-time positions available
Starting pay: $11.00/hour
PTO and Sick Pay available after 90 days for full-time employees
Raises considered after 90 days based on job performance and competence
