The insurance business is a massive industry. There is more than enough business, more than enough opportunity, and more than enough families who need our help for everybody to succeed.

We don't have to tear somebody else down to build ourselves up.

We don't have to attack former companies.
We don't have to criticize former managers.
We don't have to create unnecessary conflict.

We can simply go to work and win.

There are thousands and thousands of agents in this industry, and there are millions of families who need life insurance. There is room for everyone who is willing to work hard, serve people, develop their skills, and conduct themselves the right way.

Integrity is doing the right thing when nobody is watching. It's how you speak about people who aren't in the room. It's how you conduct yourself when you're successful. It's how you handle competition.

Don't feed into people's negativity, narcissism & lack of integrity.

Compete with excellence—not with hostility.

Lastly to you folks out there. UBI has treated everyone first class. When you continually poke a bear, in a river with enough fish for everyone, you may regret your actions.
