SAG AUTO SALES - ADVERTISING DISCLOSURE
SAG Auto Sales is a pre-owned dealership located in Surprise, Arizona,
offering used vehicles across many makes and models. This disclosure
explains the terms behind the advertised prices, payments, financing,
trade-in offers, and savings vouchers promoted by SAG Auto Sales and its
marketing.
PRICING AND DEALER FEES
All advertised prices include all dealer fees and charges, including the
dealer documentary fee. Only Arizona state and local taxes, title,
license, registration, and other government fees are additional.
Advertised prices are not contingent on financing through the
dealership. No advertised price requires the purchase of any additional
product, accessory, protection, or service. Dealer-installed
accessories, if any, are optional and priced separately.
PRE-OWNED VEHICLES PRICED FROM $6,999
Advertised starting prices reference SAG Auto Sales' lowest-priced
in-stock used vehicle. Example: 2012 Mazda CX-9 Touring, approximately
118,735 miles, advertised at $6,999, VIN on file. Example vehicle, one
only, subject to prior sale; inventory changes daily. Not all vehicles
are priced at the starting amount; prices vary by year, mileage, model,
and condition.
PAYMENTS FROM $199 PER MONTH
Because SAG Auto Sales is a pre-owned dealership, advertised payments
reflect vehicle financing, not a lease. Example: 2021 Chevrolet Bolt EV
LT, advertised price $13,598, VIN on file, with $1,900 customer down
payment and $11,698 financed for 72 months at 6.9% APR, equals
approximately $199 per month. Arizona taxes, title, license,
registration, and government fees are additional. For well-qualified
buyers on approved credit; not all buyers will qualify. Example vehicle,

FINANCING AND APR
Financing is available through multiple lenders for a range of credit
profiles. Advertised payment examples use a representative 6.9% APR;
your actual annual percentage rate depends on creditworthiness, loan
term, vehicle, and lender, and rates are subject to change. Tiered and
step-rate financing may be available for different credit situations.
All financing is on approved credit; not all applicants will qualify.
NO PAYMENTS FOR 90 DAYS
No payments for up to 90 days may be available on approved credit for
qualified buyers through participating lenders. Interest accrues from
the contract date. Not all buyers will qualify; see dealer for terms.
TRADE-IN OFFERS
SAG Auto Sales accepts trade-ins and will consider paying off your
current loan regardless of the amount owed; any negative equity may be
added to and refinanced in your new loan amount, subject to lender
approval. Trade-in values are estimated using Kelley Blue Book fair
market value; actual allowance may vary based on vehicle condition,
mileage, and market factors.
$0 DOWN AND SIGN-AND-DRIVE
$0 down and sign-and-drive financing may be available on approved credit
for qualified buyers. Not all buyers will qualify; the amount due at
signing depends on credit, lender, and vehicle. Taxes, title, license,
registration, and government fees may apply.
CREDIT APPROVAL
SAG Auto Sales works with customers across all credit situations and
aims for a 100% approval rate. 100% approval is a goal, not a guarantee.
All credit applications are subject to lender approval.
VOUCHER DISCLOSURE
Event savings vouchers are valid on select vehicles only; not all
vehicles qualify. The maximum voucher value is $2,500; the actual amount
varies by vehicle and transaction and is not guaranteed. Because SAG
Auto Sales is a pre-owned dealership, the voucher is applied only as
additional trade-in assistance of up to $2,500 above the Kelley Blue
Book fair market trade-in value of the customer's trade; a qualifying
trade-in is required, and the voucher is not a discount, markdown, or
price reduction off the vehicle's selling price. Kelley Blue Book fair
market values are estimates; actual trade allowance may vary based on
vehicle condition, mileage, and market factors. Vouchers have no cash
value, may not be redeemed for cash, are limited to one per purchase,
and cannot be combined with any other offer, rebate, incentive,
discount, or advertised or online price special. Vouchers are not
contingent on dealer financing. A voucher must be presented in person at
