Merry Christmas from the women’s ministry at Acts Fellowship!
The ladies had a wonderful time at the Women’s Christmas gathering last week.
Great food, fellowship, and digging into the word of God to see the reason for his coming this advent season. 
Advent (coming, arrival) points us to the Christ’s first coming. His first coming was to offer himself as the anointing sacrifice. In that, he removed the sins of his chosen and elect. At his first coming, Christ established our eternal and living hope.
We patiently wait for his second advent or coming with the constant living hope that calls us to spread the gospel, make disciples, and share the light of Christ all throughout our lives.
As we worship and obey God, in the present, we anticipate that wonderful day, when we will be completely made new, and we will dwell with God, eternally, and see him face-to-face.
