Our Corporate Trainees may be college grads, but that’s not the end of university for them…

Right around back-to-school season, we host our own university, Trainee U! An annual event where our trainees from across the country come together with Quad leaders and alumni for three days of learning, complete with one highly anticipated Trainee vs. Alumni softball game. 🥎

The trainees planned this year’s 40th anniversary event themselves alongside program leader Bryce Branson. That, coupled with sessions led by leaders across the organization and swag sourced by trainees on our Branded Solutions Team, made for a very Quad affair.

Since 1983, our Corporate Trainee Program has cultivated the next generation of leaders. Keeping yourself well goes beyond just physical health.

Our C.A.R.E. BRG brought together Quad, Betty and Rise executives to discuss one very important part of wellbeing: mental health.

From stress at home trickling into the workplace to facing depression and burnout, our execs candidly discussed how they've navigated mental health challenges, combated burnout and how they go about leading to create space where team members know they can safely open up.

Urban Ecology Center swung by Quad Care for an interactive, educational storytelling session! With a plethora of puppets, the children learned about the animals (all native to Wisconsin!) and worked together as the puppeteers to create their own stories. 🦉

Sure, we’ve since evolved into a leading marketing experience company, but the question we ask ourselves has remained exactly the same:

It’s been that way since day one, July 13th, 1971. It’s still that way today, day 20,009, and will be that way for all the days to come. Some things never change.

It was an honor to welcome First Sergeant (1SG) Matthew Mazar of the 103rd U.S. Army Reserve, who recently returned from his deployment to U.S. Central Command (CENTCOM). While visiting his recovering unit members at Walter Reed National Military Medical Center, 1SG Mazar took the time to visit us and express his gratitude for the support the Employer Support of the Guard and Reserve (ESGR) provides.

He shared a powerful story about his civilian employer, Quad , whose unwavering support for his service and for his wife, April, during his deployment was invaluable. This peace of mind at home allowed him to focus entirely on his critical mission.

1SG Mazar's experience is a testament to why the ESGR exists: to foster a culture of support for our Guard and Reserve members from their civilian employers.

We thank 1SG Mazar for his service and for sharing his story, and we acknowledge supportive employers like Quad who make a real difference.
