Linda is an exceptionally talented design professional with over 20 years of corporate experience, 30 years of marketing, design,

and project management experience, and a background in fine art. She was instrumental in developing a coordinated foodservice brand for Libbey. She also handled advertising, media placement, and new product PR for Libbey’s four Foodservice companies and Libbey’s International Division. She also worked with Libbey Retail and Corporate projects. She has worked on numerous branding projects including The University of Toledo, The University of Toledo Foundation, St. Ursula Academy, and Sauder Manufacturing. In 2008, she helped brand, manage, and design marketing materials for Extreme Makeover: Home Edition and served as part of the Toledo Makeover team. Currently Linda also works with several local organizations assisting with a full range of marketing communications activities including strategic planning, regional advertising, media planning and placement, writing services, web and video services. Through the years, Linda has won numerous awards from the Advertising Club of Toledo, Women in Communications, Inc.; HOW Magazine; and IABC in Detroit. Originally from Toledo, Linda graduated from Central Catholic High School and The University of Toledo where she received degrees in Business Administration and Fine Arts. She is a mother and grandmother; an avid tennis player and fan, and a member of the Toledo Tennis Club. She currently lives in Sylvania, Ohio, and is an active member of the Sylvania Chamber of Commerce. When she is not working, playing tennis, or fishing, Linda loves to travel and realized her lifelong dreams of touring Italy and fly fishing in Colorado.

Join us for a special evening at Lourdes University’s Franciscan Center in celebration of the release of his new book, Black in the Pocket, and talk some football with former player, coach, longtime TV sports broadcaster and legendary nice guy, Tom Cole! In his book, Tom tells of the struggles and challenges for black NFL quarterbacks in the 60s, 70s, and 80s that paved the way for today’s players.

Check out our next Starlite event on Sept. 18 — Bad Guys, Bootleggers, and Bank Robbers will be super fun with a cash bar from 6pm-10pm, WGTE's documentary on Prohibition in Toledo, and Heritage Sylvania presenting Sylvania's little known history of gang activity here. $10 tickets are available online NOW to secure your spot. Tomorrow night we are hosting "Legacy of the Lake" at Olander's Nederhouser Community Hall. The event is FREE to the public and we will be giving away 4 tickets to the National Museum of the Great Lakes which include a tour of the ship, 3 beautiful geranium plants courtesy of Creques and a WGTE giveaway. Our pre-program music videos will be AWESOME too. Come out and enjoy a beautiful spring evening with us at Olander!

ONE NIGHT ONLY! We are proud to present THE BLUES BROTHERS!!! We are partnering with to bring you Movie Night Under The Stars July 20, 2022, at dusk. Grab a babysitter and leave the kids at home — this is a parents/adults night out. There will be light refreshments for purchase, great music, and free prize giveaways. Tickets are $5.00 per car. Time for a big announcement! We have been working on it for over 2 years and have now officially created the Starlite Theater Group - a non-profit organization based in Sylvania. While we look for a permanent space for our theater home, we will be doing pop-up movie events around town. Our first showing is an April Fools screening of CLUE at Inside the Five Brewing Company on Friday April 1! Stay tuned for more info, social media and more.
