Very strange how all these groups offering merchandise for the 250th anniversary but using the national logo violating copyright trademark laws. The TM on a logo is trademark but everyone seems to be using it. Sad for the company who created it. There are laws to protect companies but apparently people just don’t care.

NOTICE: After publishing we found out that PART OF this logo is a "NATIONAL TRADEMARK LOGO" and ALL use of logo you must be licensed to use so we will be unable to get this particular logo for the Wawasee flags. We have designed a New Flag logo and will be getting these in very soon. Sorry for the confusion.
