“The more you notice God in the small moments, the less you feel the need to control the big ones.”

Some days my world looks like working, planning, producing… and then stepping right onto the mat to coach.

In between emails, deadlines, and life’s responsibilities, there are these quiet reminders that God is already in the details.

The small moments — a conversation, a laugh with the team, a lesson learned while coaching — they remind me that everything doesn’t have to be forced or controlled.

When you start seeing God in the little things, you begin to trust Him with the bigger things. The business, the family, the vision, the calling — it all starts to come together in ways only He can orchestrate.

For me, this is what balance looks like. Working. Coaching. Leading. Trusting. And recognizing that every part of my world is connected by His purpose.

“Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways acknowledge Him, and He will make your paths straight.” — Proverbs 3:5–6 ✨

Sometimes the small moments are the very proof that God is already handling the big ones. (As I exhale)

Show up.
