Leadership is a journey of continuous learning.
Last week, ISF was honored to host the Global Leadership Summit, presented by the Global Leadership Network, and welcome leaders from across our community who share a commitment to growth and making a meaningful difference.
The conversations challenged us to think differently. Not only about what we do as leaders in our respective fields but who we become. A few lessons that will stay with us:
🎯 Great leaders don't predict the future. They recognize the patterns creating it. — Craig Groeschel
🎯 Incite curiosity. What would an others-first leader do? — Andy Stanley
🎯 As a leader, it is your responsibility to remain self-renewed so you can burn on, not burn out. — Jim Collins
🎯 High-impact leaders are clearly likable because they clearly like. — Vanessa Van Edwards
🎯 Capability gets you to the table. Communication gets you across the finish line. — Kwame Christian
🎯 Sometimes you have to go backward to get to where you want to be. — Alison Levine
🎯 Sacrifice everything you are to save, guide, love and protect your people. — Julio Garcia
🎯 The people you’re leading are already imagining their future. Make sure you’re in it. — Ryan Leak
Thank you to the Global Leadership Network, our inspiring speakers, volunteers, attendees, sponsors, and community partners for making this year’s Summit such a meaningful experience.
💡 The true measure of leadership isn’t what we learned at GLS. It's how we apply those lessons in service to our teams, our customers, and our communities.
