In Florida, the right message matters. But the right messenger may matter even more.

SMPR was proud to partner with the FSU College of Communication & Information School of Communication to better understand which public organizations and institutions Floridians trust most.

For organizations trying to engage with Floridians, the lesson is clear: effective communication is not just about what you say. It is about who says it, how it is delivered, and whether it accurately reflects the audience you are trying to reach.

At SMPR, we call that being Fluent in Floridian. 🌴☀
