Applying a custom cap print using our auto-open laser alignment heat press. 🎯

For this project, we used heat tape to hold the design in place and ensure perfect alignment. The design reads “Nail It” for a local handyman service.

Since most promotional caps won’t be washed frequently, a double press typically isn’t necessary. However, if the customer plans to wear and wash the cap regularly, works in high-sweat environments, or needs maximum durability, I do recommend a double press for added adhesion.

This cap was pressed for 15 seconds, allowed to cool until warm, then peeled in one smooth motion before the final finishing press. The result came out clean, vibrant, and ready to wear. 🔥
