Great Leadership Tampa Alumni event at Blind Tiger in Ybor last night. Heading the story of how they got started and have grown was one of building relationships and then delivering innovation within the hospitality sector. Also wonderful to see and catch up with some of my classmates for LT14.

Congratulations to our client, Community Tampa Bay on this year’s very successful “Transformations”. Once again, they shared their message of inclusivity. The Silver Medallion Awardees were each deserving of the recognition and contributions to the community, in the Arts, Government and Non-profit sectors. Congratulations to all!

Spent the morning with a terrific group at The Young Women’s Leadership Luncheon today. Humankind Partnership sponsored the program that brought over 100 students together to hear lessons in leadership from some outstanding women. I especially enjoyed the young women at the table I facilitated. Their career goals included engineering, forensic science, the arts, and more, with top tier schools in their sites.

At the annual Unversity of Tampa’s Fellows Forum this morning with the CEO’s of WaWa, PetIQ and Cologix as panelists who shared insights into their individual corporate cultures. In addition to Fellows and business leaders, UT students also attended for an interesting deep dive into three very different success stories. Great to see so many friends and colleagues there early this morning. Thank you to all the organizers.
