it’s not about having more time

because if you’re anything like me
you’re balancing patients, notes, life, kids, and everything in between

I used to think I just needed more time to figure content out

but really… I didn’t have a plan

I was overthinking everything
trying to create on the fly
and constantly feeling behind

what changed everything for me was building a system

I use Trello to map everything out
so I’m not guessing what to post or scrambling last minute

and that’s what made consistency possible
