During this isolation, quarantine, social distancing, etc and people not being able to work or losing their jobs, Please Don't Give Up!!
We are all going through this together. There isn't one person that is not affected by this. We have to really focus on keeping our mental health up and maybe even do some mindset training.
I know it is hard but this is a time to really try and focus on what you are capable of and not what you can't do. Find something that can help you through, study, look into a business opportunity, or something that can make you a side/full-time income from home for times and matters like this.
If you already have a business, and don't know how to keep it going through these challenging and frustrating times then I can help you put together a plan of action or do it for you.
Let's keep everyone motivated even if it's just a phone call or a simple message checking on them. I have been listening to motivational videos on YouTube and I have been going deeper into Bible Study and Prayer Time. Also I have just gone for a drive for a few minutes or a walk with the kids. I find when I don't have these things my day just doesn't go right and my mindset is just not there where it should be. It's unfortunate how quickly we people can get into a state of depression especially when faced with stuff like this pandemic not to mention our other daily struggles.
