I remember taking this photo because I specifically wanted to remember how tiny his hands were. I loved that my one thumb filled up his whole hand. He depended on me so much during that fourth trimester. If only I knew then what I know now…💗

Did you know May is National Mental Health Awareness Month? Taking care of our mental health should be just as important and accessible as seeing our PCP’s. I never realize how much my daily meds help me until I forget to take them 💔

I’ve been talking about a big change for a while now to those close to me. Now, the change is getting closer and I couldn’t be more nervous & terrified. I’m afraid of starting over and failing.
But then I think..nothing in my life will change if I stay in my comfort zone.
