They expand into the space you’re capable of holding.
And some of y’all are trying to coach women into million-dollar lives while you’re still losing your s**t over a slow Tuesday.
That s**t matters.
Your nervous system is setting the ceiling longgggg before your strategy ever does.
People don’t just buy your information. Their brains are constantly picking up on your certainty, your emotional regulation, your conviction, your ability to stay grounded when there’s no proof yet.
That’s literally neuroscience.
Your brain is wired to read other people’s state before it trusts their words.
And from a quantum perspective...your reality reflects who you’re being, not who you’re trying to convince everyone you are.
Leadership isn’t screaming, “I believe in you.”
Leadership is becoming the kind of woman whose identity makes other people believe bigger is possible for themselves.
If you’re constantly panicking, your clients feel it.
If you’re always shrinking, your clients eventually shrink too.
If you’re unavailable for your own bulls**t, your clients start becoming unavailable for theirs.
That’s why I will never stop doing my own identity work.
My clients deserve a leader whose capacity keeps expanding.
The bigger I become, the safer it becomes for them to become bigger too.
Your business will never sustainably outgrow the woman running it.
