The BDC Coordinator serves as the initial point of contact, providing quality customer service for our clients automotive marketing campaigns, connecting consumers with the dealership. This position works in a call center environment.
Responsibilities:
Handling of incoming and outgoing phone calls, emails and social media, in a manner that results in the customer visiting the dealership.
Answer customer internet inquires by both email and phone.
Experience utilizing and maintaining a customer relations management database.
Maintaining a excellent customer service that encourages repeat business and contributes to customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
A desire to work in a fast paced, collaborative environment.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Computer and phone skills, with the ability to learn new software applications.
Results driven and a team player.
English required (Bilingual-Spanish is a plus).
This is a performance based position in a busy call center environment.
Position Type and Expected Hours of Work:
Regular days and hours of work are Monday - Friday, 12 p.m. to 9 p.m., with an average of 40 hours per week. Must have the ability to work overtime as needed.
