I got this email a few days ago, and I've thought about it more than any other email in my inbox. 👀

No offer. No upsell. No "and while we have your attention." A company noticed I'd been around for 725 days and said thanks, then said outright that that was the whole message.

That's it - a thank you.

Everyone is asking AI to make their content more polished, more complete, more professional. What actually stopped me was the human element from an AI company ....

The humans at that company wrote me the least optimized email I've received all year, and that's the one I kept and shared...
