Established businesses rarely have a "design problem". Yes, things can always be tweaked to be sharper, but blaming design is probably most businesses default. They think that's why their messaging, sales, or adds aren't working.
It's often coming from somewhere deeper than that. When your positioning, offers, and decisions are inconsistent, you'll never look and sound how you're hoping. Design alone can't fix this, structure can. When you have clear plans and procedures, everyone sings from the same song sheet, and the brand begins to hum along like a well oiled machine.
