I am very excited to share one of my favorite client memories of my company, NeuroPolitan.
In the first year of creating the company, I ended up working on an employer branding project for Pickett and Associates along with Paul Cortissoz, SPHR. The equipment I used for my parts in the project were still base level but my energy for the project was high. Interviewing employees and asking what they loved about working with Pickett was inspiring because every single one said that working there was like a true family. You could feel the genuineness and joy coming from every employee and it warmed my soul. This made coming up with a campaign slogan easy and exciting.
So many companies claim that they are a family these days, but Pickett showed it. Hearing Pickett's values / seeing them come to life with added results we achieved as a team was very fulfilling.
It is because of this that I want to have a focus on employer branding campaigns in NeuroPolitan's future. There is truly nothing like showcasing the values and heart of a company to potential employees all while achieving a desired result.
