Members of our Bay Food Brokerage retail team in Georgia recently spent a full day giving back to their local community. Debbie Freeman, CJ Clark and Brooke Stewart started the morning at the Barrow County Habitat for Humanity ReStore, cleaning and assembling furniture, organizing floor lamps and light fixtures, and helping serve lunch to fellow volunteers.

In the afternoon, they rolled up their sleeves again at Fort Yargo State Park, picking up litter along a one-mile trail and tackling light yard work in the garden area.

We’re proud of our team for living our core values of hard work, community and family – not just in grocery stores, but in the neighborhoods where we live and work.
