Our Bay Food team had a fantastic time at the KeHE Holiday Show in Chicago. Having Gary Royal, Gary Schneider, Greg Betz, Jeff Smith and Lindsey Baron together in one place with so many of our clients made the event especially valuable.

From discovering emerging brands and trends to seeing exciting new product launches from our existing suppliers, the show gave us fresh insights that will help us walk into upcoming category reviews better prepared and more informed.

We’re grateful for the chance to strengthen existing relationships, build new connections, and spend meaningful time collaborating with our team and supplier partners outside the office. The Bay Food Brokerage team recently volunteered with Feeding Tampa Bay in support of the Cereal for Summer campaign during our monthly volunteer time at the community market, which Bay Food Brokerage sponsors.

VIDEO | When Cammie Hersman Chatterton retired from the role of CEO of Bay Food Brokerage last year, our team had a little fun with her exit interview after 33 years leading the company. Since then, Chris Chatterton has stepped into the role of CEO and maintained the same people-first mindset, relationship-driven approach and commitment to service that have shaped Bay Food Brokerage since its founding in 1993.

Given that Chris conducted Cammie's exit interview, we only thought it fair that she oversee his 90-day review as CEO. In this video, Chris shares reflections from his first 90 days as CEO, including what he has learned, what has inspired him and what he sees ahead for the Bay Food Brokerage team. His perspective offers a meaningful look at how the company is building on decades of trusted partnerships while continuing to evolve for manufacturers, retailers and the people who make up the Bay Food family.
