π 1. Classic Fried Chicken
Ingredients:
3 lbs chicken
2 cups flour
2 eggs
1 tbsp milk
1 tbsp salt
Salt & pepper
Method:
Beat eggs with milk.
Season chicken with salt & pepper.
Dip chicken in egg mixture, then coat with flour.
Deep fry at medium heat until golden and crispy.
π§ 2. Buttermilk Fried Chicken
Ingredients:
3 lbs chicken
2 cups flour
2 cups buttermilk
1 tbsp paprika
1 tsp garlic powder
Salt & pepper
Method:
Marinate chicken in buttermilk for 2β4 hours.
Mix flour with spices.
Coat chicken and fry until crispy.

Ingredients:
3 lbs chicken wings
1 cup flour
Β½ cup cornstarch

Method:
