• Maintain professionalism at all times.
• Participate in daily and weekly team meetings where goals will be discussed, set, and contribute individual feedback to improve as a company.
• Work closely with coworkers to trade best practices and encourage one another to succeed.
• Help train new coworkers once you have displayed mastery of the entry level role.
Responsibilities:
• Have fun while engaging with consumers in both group and one-on-one settings.
• Hands-on participation in the following: setup of display, presenting our charity partners' message to the community, and reporting back results.
• Participate in fundraising events that explain our charity and goals to potential donors.
• Gain the knowledge and understanding of our charity partner in order to answer questions and concerns from potential donors.
