If you've been following Southard Homes LLC, you would have seen the news - our own Lara set off on another adventure in August. However, we're now interning a high school senior and ensuring that he's well-equipped for his marketing future. 🐛👨‍🎓
We'll show him off soon! We hope he likes being a and will be excited to offer this for our high school students in the future.

It's a big week for employee life updates - and this one is tough!

✨Help us wish Lara Beth luck on her next adventure as she leaves us to pursue outside sales at a different company.

Lara served as social media coordinator at Southard Homes & Quality Companies, shooting pictures, designing graphics, creating TikToks, and providing humor!📱

She graduated from the marketing program at Saint Mary-of-the-Woods College (Go pomeroys!) this spring. She is also working toward her real estate license and will be taking on another new role in December - mom! 👩‍🍼 (along with Quality contractor, .delattre )

Needless to say, she has a lot of big changes ahead of her. We wish her well.

BUSINESS OWNERS!
