Hey y’all!!! In order to help me deliver the best possible service to you, I just wanted to share a few ground rules!! This will help us all be on the same page, as well as keep any confusion down to a minimum. Thanks so much for your continued support of Phenomenal Designs by Britt ❤️❤️ you are all appreciated so much!
1. First and foremost: orders are made in the order of payment received, not the order that they are placed.
2. Payment is due when your order is placed to ensure that your items are ready by the date that you specify. I will not make any items until I have received FULL PAYMENT!
3. Please check your dates before sending them to me to be sure that we are on the same page.
4. ABSOLUTELY NO REFUNDS will be given. All of my items are custom made, so it is made to your liking. I will not refund anyone under ANY circumstances!!
5. All business will be handled through my inbox or cell phone… PLEASE DO NOT CALL MY WORK PHONE ABOUT YOUR ORDER, that is specifically for my PATIENTS! (Sad to say, but this has happened)
6. There will be an extra fee for rush orders (meaning orders needed within 5 days of payment being received)
7. I will send out a mock-up of your design before printing. Please look over this thoroughly and let me know if any corrections need to be made before printing because, once again, NO REFUNDS!!
8. I will now be emailing a contract out to anybody with an order of 5 shirts or more, or an order that exceeds $100 total. Please be aware that I will not begin your order until I have received this contract back signed and dated by you, along with your full payment.
9. I know that there special circumstances (such as funerals) that are unexpected, so certain rules may be waived at my discretion, depending on the situation.
10. Please continue to support me as I continue to serve you!! ❤️❤️😘
