This was the original table setup for the tropical party but as always plans change. Whenever working out doors it’s impossible to know the conditions and this day it was super windy and we couldn’t keep the plates on the table 🤦🏾‍♀️... either way it came out like the client wanted and we were happy she was happy. How do you keep small kids entertained.... 🤣 We have to thank for always having the best bounce houses and for bring all the animals to make Camp Cayden a success. Camp isn’t complete unless you can catch a 🐸 or watch a tortoise race.

Everyone will show you pictures of everything that was perfect with an event but few will share the mess ups. I’ve come to realize you can create a great event and still have issues happen. This area which was the canteen was perhaps one of the biggest areas I focused on with this party. Anyone who has been to camp knows the canteen is where you can go get supplies and snacks etc. Our canteen was filled with all kinds of snacks, milk shakes that you could create your own toppings and the survival bags for the kids. All of which worked out great. What didn’t work out was me checking to make sure all of my deliveries came in 🤦🏾‍♀️ I totally missed the delivery for the log cabin canteen backdrop and the floor decal. Luckily the space was an old armory and we literally made it work with what we had. Ultimately no one else cared but me and the checklist lesson was learned.

Our client was very demanding this day... you can catch a glimpse of him causing a ruckus...wish I would have caught a pic of the back of his shirt which said Wild 1 😜.... also have to shout out who came through an created our campfire 🔥 centerpieces and forest 🌲 which came out so great.

🥰🥰 Check out some of our favorite favor details from Camp Cayden turns 1! I’ve never posted this event but was super proud of what we accomplished and all the details.. I’ll share more aspects of the party including behind the scenes. Custom logo, custom invite, custom event website, everything was branded with the idea of you really feeling like you were at camp. We even had a canteen. 😍😍 All treats were made by our baker Tracy
