I have been blessed to not only have met two awesome friends but I also to get to now call them my business partners!

Yep. I said it!

You don't need 1000's of followers to be successful.

It's funny clients come to me because they want more local followers.

But I don't want them to just have more followers.

I want them to have more customers.

More sales.

And more revenue.

January 1st is always a powerful day. A new year with new opportunities.

Embrace these feelings of excitement and expectation, but you may also have a strong sense of relief that 2021 is behind us.

Go ahead and breathe that in for a few moments.

Wipe the slate clean and let today mark the start of new beginnings and an abundance of new opportunities to be, do, and have anything you dream of.

Decide to stretch yourself this year and embrace the uncomfortable, that is where we grow. Don't set simple resolutions or small goals. Dig deep and go beyond what you think you can achieve at this moment.

Then, once you've decided what you want, start—and then keep—moving in that direction. Fiercely commit to your goals and believe that you can achieve them.

You are worthy and capable of all the good you can imagine. Don't procrastinate, don't hesitate, don't minimize – start chasing those dreams today.

What a year!! This year has been nothing but great and wonderful year full of success, healing and growth!

It's such bittersweet goodbye because honestly, I thrived through this year and learnt so much about myself.

But also it was such an eye opener and healer at the same time, I did some big scary life changing things like start a business, buy a house but also found my happy place and my tribe for which I am very grateful for. 💕

Now stepping into 2022 with my determination and a mindset focused on making the most of every opportunity, knowing my worth and stopping to enjoy the small moments in life!

Logo reveal part 1.......eeekkk, I can't wait for y'all to see the new logo!

Shortly after starting Simply Creative Co I sat down one afternoon to "batch create" some content and I immediately hit a creative block.

My DIY amateurish branding and logo weren't working! So needless to say I created NOTHING that day!

Right then I knew something needed to change, I needed a better foundation. I needed BRANDING and a LOGO that I was in love with and that inspired me!

I knew exactly who I wanted to make my vision come to life, my super talented friend, Jess from .

When I tell you that this experience was so much more than just getting branding colors and a logo design, I am not lying. This process was an experience I will never forget and I am honored to have been able to work with her.

Not only did I get branding and logos I love, but I also made an awesome new friend who got be thinking bigger, clearer and deeper into finding out exactly who I am and what Simply Creative Co means to me!

It's so important to show up online the right way and with intention. You want to show up in a way that is going to help you connect, build relationships, attract your ideal client and convert your content into sales.

Here are 7 helpful ways you can do more of this today:

1. Solve your ideal customer/clients problems
Here is where the 80/20 rules comes into play. 80% of the time your posts should be about your ideal clients/customers problem and helping them solve it!

2. Make it relatable
Share the good, the bad and the ugly, not just the highlight reel!

3. Make it shareable
You want your content to be something people want to share and save. this can be anything from a quote, infographic or tweet that is relevant to your brand/business.

4. Use a Call-to-Action
Help you audience to take the next step towards you by sharing a CTA of what you want them to do; Share, Tag, Save

5. Speak your niches language
Use the words and describe the feelings of your ideal client/customer in your posts! No industry jargon, present you are having a conversation with your potential client.

6. Add Value
Each day think about how you can teach someone something they can implement right away. Share industry related value and tips

7. Empower, Educate, Entertain

Happy Monday friends!

So anyone that knows me, will tell you that I love to help people. It's something that comes naturally to me and that I do it most times unknowingly!

Which makes sense as throughout my career, I was always in the service industry and truly loved every second of it!

Fast forward a few years...

First came love, then came marriage....and we all know the rest about the baby carriage!

So after 7 years of being a stay at home mom, wife and traveling the world with my husbands career, I often find myself reflecting on my WHY?

Why am I finally ready to settle down?
Why did I decide to start a company at the age of 37?
Who do I want to help and how??

To answer those why's and who -

I finally feel like I am home after 20 years of traveling, who knew Houston would be it! I think it is more about finally finding my tribe and I was blessed to have found them quick and love them HARD! They have instantly become like family!

I started Simply Creative Studios to help women who were in a similar stage of life as me. To be honest I lost myself in motherhood and after 7 years all I knew about myself, was that I didn't fit into a size 4 anymore! I knew I had more to offer and I knew I wanted to help empower women to be more and to do more!

I want to help women who have that business idea but don't know where to start. Or the women who has a business and is ready to step up her game and take it to the next level. And the women who has an important story to be told, I want to help you be heard!

So there it my Monday overshare...who knows what will be next! 🤷‍♀️ But I am sending all the positivity out there to y'all and hope you have an awesome week ahead!
