But I do this now - I stand up and boldly declare that all bodies are worthy of gentleness and love, because I will be the woman I needed 10 years ago. To the women who scroll my posts and are encouraged by my words: confidence and peace with yourself don’t come over time, but every day you can make a little progress. One day, someone will make a stupid comment, and instead of being hurt, you’ll just giggle 🤭 and it will be wonderful 💕
