URGENT: Poor Service & Unresolved Issue with
I am writing this out of total frustration as a business owner. Over three months ago, I paid Ghc 1,000 upfront to an MTN supervisor (Maxwell Quartey, Tema/Ashiaman) for merchant SIMs for my business.
Despite having all my legal documents and a promised 10-day timeline, I have received nothing. No SIMs, no refund, and no communication. I have tried reaching out directly multiple times, but I am being ignored.
As a loyal customer, it’s disappointing to be treated this way. I’ve already sent a formal email with all transaction proof and WhatsApp screenshots, but the issue remains unresolved.
, I am calling on you to investigate this immediately and ensure my money is refunded or the service is provided. Business owners shouldn’t have to go through this!
