Don Julio's packaging is not the first time we have been involved with packaging in the liquor industry. A few years back we did the Foil Stamping and Spot UV coating for the "Billionaires Row Cuvee XO Cognac" Packaging and way before that we Screen Printed one of the George Dickel Wooden Boxes.

We're looking forward to the next project.

Most people here in Toledo are not aware that part of the packaging for the Limited Edition Don Julio "Year of the Horse" Tequila was created by ERD Specialty Graphics. We are so fortunate to get involved with some great projects.

Yep. Definitely works better on a hat without a seam. We'll keep working on it while you get your orders put together.

Playing around with a little more Foil. This time it's a Metallic Red and we used a Hat. Unfortunately we didn't have any stock hats that didn't have a "seam" in the middle, but it still came out pretty good. (The seam on the black hat was pretty large.) Again, we're pretty happy with the results. Bring it on!

The foil looks much more "metallic" live and in person!

We consider our "foil stamped" T-Shirts to be successful. We have repeatedly washed the sample items we printed, and everything is holding up well. There is no change in the "bright metallic silver image". It is as glossy as ever. No peeling, cracking or changes in the images at all.

Erd Specialty Graphics has been doing "Foil Stamping for nearly 50 years on Stationery, Book Covers, Annual Reports and Brochures. Danny thought that we should also be Foil Stamping also on T-Shirts, Hats & Hoodies, so he's been experimenting with some products whenever he gets a chance. I'm pretty sure he has come up with some "winners" with these latest attempts.
