I have some vacant property on Bishop Street that would be an excellent location for some storage units. It is naturally elevated which would add to the protection aspect. The property is approximately 120' x 240'. We were thinking about developing the property ourselves at one time, but that is no longer in the plans.

Priced to sell - make an offer!

Along with our newer Die Cutting and Foil Stamping Presses - we also have a "classic" Heidelberg Cylinder Press". I came across this great illustration of one (probably AI) and thought I would share it.

Don Julio's packaging is not the first time we have been involved with packaging in the liquor industry. A few years back we did the Foil Stamping and Spot UV coating for the "Billionaires Row Cuvee XO Cognac" Packaging and way before that we Screen Printed one of the George Dickel Wooden Boxes.

We're looking forward to the next project.

Here's to "2026 - The Year of the Horse".
